History

Over the years, “Quinta do Falcão” has gained a well-deserved prestige based on professional service that meets the demands of those who seek us out. José Salvador (son) inherited his father’s passion for the countryside and animal, and as an entrepreneur he extended the area of the farm  and gradually improved all infrastructures, so that his children could continue their work. Since 2000, Isabel and Rui decided to try another market – events – still, the farm stands out for its experience in the events market, hosting many different types of events that focus on sharing and creating unforgettable moments with the ones who visit us.

Nowadays, adapting to new trends and demands – The Equestrian Centre and rural tourism. The  Lusitano Horse is the heroe in this region, and  the farm has more than 20 Lusitano´s horse that give unforgetabble riding experiences to our guests. This equestrian experience combined with a familiar art of welcoming guests and a tasting tour through the flavors of Portuguese cuisine characterizes the soul of the Salavador family.
